Employment Pass (EP) updates : New Evaluation system (COMPASS) and Higher Qualifying Salary

MOM will embark on the points-based system from Sep 2023 for Employment Pass (EP) renewals for foreign professionals.

HIgher qualifying salary applies for professionals who are more senior in age and for the financial sector.

COMPASS will apply to:

New applications from 1 September 2023

Renewals from 1 September 2024
